Yogyakarta: Still on the second day of the Yogyakarta Rihlah trip. After seeing the scenery around Slili Beach and Watulawang Beach, the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School group and I continued our journey to see the beauty of the geological phenomenon of the coast around Baron-Kukup-Krakal.

The beach is bordered by hills formed from the surface karst phenomenon on Mount Sewu. This geosite is influenced by geological structures (faults), active uplift processes caused by tectonics that form beach rocks, and abrasion.

The beach is located in Kemadang Village, Banjarejo Village, Ngestirejo Village, Tanjungsari District, and Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency.
Because we came to this location on a non-holiday day, we had the opportunity to see natural scenery that was not too popular with visitors. So the beauty of Baron-Kukup-Krakal Beach looks more beautiful.
